In my work our team needs (for the most part) to follow a fairly routine workflow -
We might get 300 new matters passed to us, and want to bulk create and print the first letter for all 300 matters in one go.
It seems like this would be fairly universally desirable software and yet I can't find anything- I'm not sure if I'm using the wrong terminology to Google for answers.
- Get passed to them details of a new matter
- Send a letter in the post to the contact details provided
- Wait for a response
- If a response comes in, do X
- If nothing comes back write another letter
- etc etc
