Hello all,
Around Christmas I finished my first build, 4gb RAM, i3 Dual CPU, PCI-E2.0 - All the nice stuff.
But it appears that the problem child of the operation is the graphics card. It's an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 Series, dual fans, and from what I've seen from it it is very powerful. But the problem is stability, and NVIDIA's drivers. They just don't work. This is a major problem with 8/10 460 series users, and it doesn't look like NVIDIA are feeling to fix this issue.
And so my question is, could I return this card to OCUK and get an ATI replacement instead? I'm hardly willing to go back to NVIDIA anytime soon. Also, if I did get an ATI, which would you recommend? I need one around the same level and price, I don't mind going slightly over budget (£10, etc.).
So can I send it back? It has a 3 year warranty, but I don't knowif this affects anything...
Thanks i advance,
Abilitiy
