Working on Word docs simultaneously?

I have a client that says she used to be able to work on word documents simulataneously with another user by using the "Share Document" option in word... ive not heard of this before but she says that the option is no longer there. Can anyone shed any light on this for me??? :confused:

If one person has a doc open and another tries to open it - word comes up with an option box - one of these is to edit and merge changes later? Is that it?

i dont think so, she says there used to be an option in the tools menu called share document... :confused:

Could he mean putting the document onto a shared drive/folder?

There's a Shared Workspace item in the tools menu on Office 2003 ... although I've never used it so don't know if that's what she was referring to ...
