Sorry for posting again so soon after my first thread. In it i mentioned going to the gym is a motivation killer for me, and i'd rather do work outs at home. I don't have any equipment though, only a pull up bar.
As i'll be starting off lightweight (im only 60kg/132lbs) do you think its enough for simple, non equipment workouts? I'd buy some but im completly broke being a student and only working part time.
