I have been looking more into my work place pension via https://www.tpinvestor.com/ and the risk level is far too balanced and not growth or aggressive enough.

The fees are also high compared to SIPP providers.

Has anyone transferred the funds out of their workplace pension into another provider?

Having spoken to mine they said you can only transfer out to another work place pension and not private SIPP.

UK Stocks (17.2%)
US Stocks (44.8%)
European Stocks ex UK (12.5%)
Japanese Stocks (8.2%)

This to me is a 80/20 LS type product whereas I am on a 50 / 50 at most.

I am looking to pay more into so want to see how to maximise it more.

Dug around for reviews and came across

"The growth in the fund appears to be very largely from my monthly contributions. Once you factor those out, the investment growth is disappointing and obtaining clear 'fund performance' information is very difficult."

This is pretty much how I am feeling with this as been paying in for a while but growth is meagre amounts.

Anyone else in a work place pension and it performing poorly?
