Workstation/Photocopier Rental

Hey Guys,

Been thrown in the deep end and been put in charge of getting the IT equipment for a conference in Edinburgh. I’m looking at renting around ten workstations/laptops, five printers and two photocopiers for a week. Has anyone had to do this before? If so, could you give me any tips and recommend any rental companies.

Any help is appreciated!

The conference centre only has a few things that I actually need.

Just an update went with Hamilton in the end as it was well priced and was an all round good experience, nothing was DOA, all the equiptment was in good nic the only thing I could moan about is the fact the laptops with over 4Gb RAM still had 32-bit operating system and I had to package up the stapler unit(It was huge!)
