Workstation spec

A friend has sent me a spec, listed below. I have no idea about prices for workstations. What kind of price would a similar spec cost with Overclockers? And is there anything that could be improved on the spec?

Processor 2: 2.2Ghz Opteron (2354) - Quad Core - 1Ghz/2MB
Memory: 32GB (8x4GB) DDR2 ECC Reg 667Mhz

what's his budget, what will it be used for ?

Budget is £430. Will be used for Autodesk 3D software, like AutoCAD, Revit etc
