WCG challenge starting on the 16th Nov to the 25th Nov.

Similar to the Pogs challenge as it's run through boinc and the WUs need to be verified therefore there will be pending credit, so starting before the start date is preferable. WCG has sub projects (currently; fight aids, mapping cancer markers,uncovering genome mysteries, clean energy project), any or all of which can be ran for the challenge, but if you have a preference you can enable/disable which one you want to run here and currently 71 other teams have signed up :eek:

I believe you're right, currently no projects with GPU work. I believe the sub projects score roughly the same, I'm testing it at the moment. Perhaps Ivyforce has more info, he's seems to have ran it for quite some time.

As to where we'll finish, top ten would be incredible, top 20 respectable, there are some massive teams signed up.

I'm sure it's just a delay on boincstats, you'll probably appear today. You're definitely here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/team/viewTeamMemberDetail.do?sort=points&teamId=CH66PJGKZ1 and that's what counts, though the points on there you have to divide by 7 for some reason to get an idea of the boinc points reading.

Worth thinking about, but I'm quite keen myself on doing the cancer markers, doesn't quite feel right to ditch it just for points.

And we're now back up to 24th, top 20 would be nice
