itv streams itv1,2,3,4 so yes.
The bbc generally streams any sporting events that are being shown.

I doubt anywhere, not even the Beeb or ITV themselves would stream in HD. It'd overload the country's broadband. However I think they're both broadcasting it in HD though.

The BBC and ITV will both be streaming the games live, for free.

Iplayer and itv player will be hit very hard probably so am trying to avoid as much as possible buffering problems.

It was almost impossible to watch any England games ( or the FA cup finals ) on the BBC site, the buffering is awful. Luckily I have arranged my schedule to allow me to watch EVERY game at home, but I can understand the need for a paid for internet solution.
