once people have finnished downloading, i thought we could have a seperate thread just to discuss the game itself.

please keep all download related comments to the other threads and just discuss that actual game in here..

whos first to get it ? reviews ? comments ?

edit:

just had a quick go at the tutorial and i have to go out now :(

looks very very nice. im running on low settings and the explosions look amazing..

my spec:
AMD3500+
1gb RAM
X800 pro

Ill be upgrading in the next few weeks, but can tell already that this game will look amazing on a high spec pc ...

Looking forward to reading others opions when i get back.

Installing now...I'll post my opinions later. I've seen no in-game footage nor read anything about it so should be a pretty unbiased opinion.
 
Just done the tutorial. Seems pretty sweet. Shame about no single player, I'm going to get my **** handed to me online.
 
I popped a few screenshots on the 800*600 thread, on max settings at 1280x1024 my fps drops to 11 on the benchmark, in game though it never drops below 40, specs in sig
 
Seems to be a resolution problem with mine - didn't have any problems with the closed beta. It looks like its running at 1024x768 or something even when it says I'm running at 1680x1050
 
Yeah, when I ran the benchmark it dropped into single figures and max fps was less than 50 at 1280 x 1024.

This was with vista 32 and an 8800 gts 640

Not tried a proper game online though.

Anyone just get kicked off? I can't login now either.

Well I played online for about 5 minutes. This seems like a really good RTS. It has a team-deathmatch type feel to it which I love. Great concept. This should do really well.

I'll post up something a bit more constructive once I've played it more :)

3.06ghz Celleron D
1gb Ram(No brand name at all)
256mb 5500fx
@1024x1280


If i can run it every one can :D

Scrap that - restarted the game and its fine. It seems to have improved quite a bit since the closed beta. The graphics are a lot better for a start - seems smoother too
 
It'll run on DX9, you just get extra niceness with DX10.


Lol at ZIP. Hopefully I'll get my connection sorted when i get home and play it later.

*Edit:- I also just got another email, so I now have 2 KEYS :D

Still downloading, probably wont be ready till tomorrow, and even then im super busy.. gah.. at least i played the close beta.. none of that tutorial rubbish! :p
