World of warcraft problem

I am having problems with World of Warcraft. It is not done patching, but when I hit play and it patches while i am playing it uses 3 minutes to start and the performance is not so good either. I have relatively slow internet, can that be the problem?

My specs are:
Intel Core i5 2500k stock speed
Gigabyte z68Xp-UD3p
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz
EVGA GTX570
Samsung Spinpoint f3 (I think) 320GB 7200rpm
Windows 7 Professional 64

Never try to play whilst patching, unless all you want to do is log in, stare at the floor and use chat of course, it works pretty well for that.

Okay, I am kinda impatient so i always check the "Allow play regardless of internet speed"

I dont know. It worked fine when I did it on my laptop. Which is an old macbook C2D. Thats why I was suprised when it did not work on my desktop and tought something was wrong with it
