How cool would that be 
just think, same map as mtw:2, spain, france, germany, italy, russia, england, belgium etc.. Germany would start off with a bigger inexperienced army, the english army would be experienced but quite small, spain would be fighting rebels. The russians would have a big crap army and so on.
Units would be infantry, tanks, bazookers, boats, subs, trade ships, planes which would take off from set air fields. The fighting would be like mtw:2 but instead of hand to hand, it would be similar to coh but with more men. That would be cool would it not!
Edit: turns would be days, and generals would be hitler and himmler etc lol, i really think they should make this
