I hate when people say things like this, they are so misleading to ignorant customers.

So if I have an i7 at 4ghz, 3 5970S, 4 HDD, 2 Optical Drives, water cooled it will be just fine?

3 fans, and 29dB? Sounds pretty unlikely.

I had the 2 x 80mm 550W fan version and it was a howler. I tried replacing the fan but it just run the fan at max speed no matter what.

Didn't last very long. Was running an Althlon XP 1800 machine with 512MB of RAM and after a few months it wouldn't start the machine very reliably. Didn't blow up though, which was a bonus.

Q-Tec 550W
+12V - Max 14A | Peak 20A

So that's umm 168 Watts on the 12v rail.
