Far cry 5. Amazing over and over again

TBF FC5 is a well known AAA title.

Not so much underrated as less well known IMO

• Shadowrun series (returns, Dragonfall and Hong Kong)
• Spellforce 3 and its various Expansions.
• Titanfall 2 - Okay it is a AAA game, but most people passed over it, but suffice to say its a blast and it's campaign, while short is genuinely good fun
• Tyranny - Did not quiet get the attention like POE etc, but is a great game on the whole, loved it.

Battlefield 2142

Still my favourite. They keep teasing a sequel, I’m hopeful, eternally hopeful! Next Battlefield will likely be back to modern or semi future, hopefully after that they’ll be brave enough to go Back to the Future again.

I loved that game.

One for the older gamers.
Got to be Chasm: The Rift for me, at a time when Quake and Doom were dominating.

Battlefield 2142

This, I played it all the time. Also enjoyed Battlefield Vietnam too.

Ground Control was another one. I just looked at Steam I didn't realize it's 21 years old

Prey 2006, definitely the most underrated game I've very much enjoyed.
I started it again a couple of months ago and it seriously held up.

I have never quite forgiven that game for the amount of skill points that had to be poured into firearms to get any weapon even close to the effectiveness of early game magical weapons.

Loved Bf2142 excellent battles on the docks trying to disable the walkers

Emperor: Battle for Dune (2001)

Another c&c style RTS (although strictly speaking the 1992 title Dune II should really be credited with starting the genre). Presentation was incredible for its time. Well worth a look what with the new movie coming out, but hard to get hold of and get running nowadays.
