I think even the new Prey is pretty underrated and it is quite good tbf.Prey 2006, definitely the most underrated game I've very much enjoyed.
I started it again a couple of months ago and it seriously held up.

My 7 year old plays it to death!ok buddy just asking - thought I reckon Minecraft is underrated, it basically has no players any more lol
Ah I loved that game. So brutal at the time!Severance: Blade of Darkness was way ahead of its time. Precursor to Dark Souls but overlooked partly because it was too hard for some.
But 1 game that hasn't been mentioned and doesn't have it's on thread on these forums is Blasphemous
was just remembering it. Most engaging RTS multiplayerWorld In Conflict
Delta Force Black Hawk Down. This game was the dogs testicles back in the day.
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
A truly delightful RPG that blended steampunk and high fantasy. Hundreds of cool story lines to follow and...to top it all. The best cookie recipe i have ever tried in the back of the manual
edit - in trying to find the recipe online. my world has been rocked by the fact that it was in fact Temple of Elemental Evil that had the cookie recipe. The arcanum recipe is for banana bread!

no way company of heroes 1 is the pinnacleSupreme commander + FA
Still the pinnacle or the RTS genre some 13 years later, marginalised by high budget but inferior franchises such as C&C and StarCraft. Offered a level of depth and grandness that still hasn't been matched to this day.
Return of the Obra Dinn received critical acclaim, but I'm not sure how many people actually played it. Which is a shame, because it's genuinely quite brilliant.
