Worldwide Mobile Phone Network List

Please help me! I'm after a list of Worldwide Mobile phone Operators, and what countries have what networks. More specifically, I'm after what countries have 3G Networks.

I didn't think it was a question to be put in Mobile Phones due to the nature of the networks being used for other things rather than just Mobiles.

Please do not move.

What I'm after is, is there a 3G Network in Serbia & Montinegro.

I can't find it on that list!
