Worn Chain ring chain - replace cassette as well

When was the cassette last replaced?
Cassettes generally wear with the chain, whereas the front rings tend to be be a bit more robust.

Chances are the cassette is shot too if the chain is worn. I wouldn't bother replacing the jockeys just yet, might not be needed.

All the drive chain is the same age, ware across the cassette isn't even, lower gears are barely worn and the higher are on the other end of the spectrum. I'll replace the cassette as well and if it still feels rough the jockey wheels

Well cassette and chain for sure, what makes you think the front ring(s) need replacing?

What set up is it, single front ring? Double? Triple?

Check your chain with a chain stretch tool.
If front chainrings has shark teeth shape, then you need to replace those rings. It's harder to judget by eye if the cassette needs changing, you'll only know when you go for a ride and put pressure pedalling, it'll slip under load.

I've already binned the chain ring, its well gone, past the point of been shark fins but it was close on 4year old and has done thousands of miles, my small front chain ring looks like its never been used in comparison.

That's why I wasn't sure on the need to replace, cassette looks ok on the whole, but the faster gears are getting that shark fin profile.
