Hi All I,m alittle worried about all the threads i keep reading about people getting problems with there migrations to UKFSN or ENTA resellers, some are put on a fixed 2mb service when they should be on 8mb ,does this happen a lot ? as i want to migrate ,but sort of worried i,m going to go from the fire into the frying pan !

p.s I know this is more to do with BT but can,t understand why there so **** at an easy process !

You may be lucky, i was migrating across when that big thread appeared on TBB about ppl having major problems when migrating, some ppl had been waiting about a months or so, but i was migrated fine on the day i specified, so you never know, i read over on TBB today that if your MAC code starts with the BBIP then you'll be fine, if it starts with an L then it goes to BT Outreach who sort it out, and those are the ones getting messed up, so if your MAC code started with a BBIP then you should be fine as said, also i went straight onto MAX fine as well, no problems at all here getting on. :)

I think its brilliant, they got another 155 segment on Friday gone, done a treat, ive had my full 6mb's all weekend during the off peak hrs, really made a difference, and theres already a new pipe coming in March, with another one to follow, glad i jumped on, cracking service. :)
