Very fast clicking noise coming from my pump, started intermittently now it's constant. Slightly worrying but temps and flow are ok.

It's not air - loop has been thoroughly bled. Time for an RMA, or any way of sorting it?

Looking at the pics in joxang's sig, I'm guessing its a custom loop.
I was going to suggest air but if you have ruled that out I guess the best thing to do would be RMA it back for a new one.

Could it be a bit of debris from the radiator that has found it's way in there? have you tried removing the pump lid and cleaning inside?

Not tried cleaning inside the pump - I've got an RMA now from vendor but I'm not keen to go without my computer for a long length of time.

Here's a vid of the problem, best listen with headphones: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jzhn/5726118432/

Gets a lot louder the longer the computer is left on, and then might stop for a few minutes, before starting up again.

EDIT: thanks for the H70 vid - much better sound than my rubbish phone mic and that's exactly the noise I'm getting. Guess it's definitely an RMA job then :(.
