I would guess that the guys account was hacked and being used for scammers. Seeing that his feedback is:

Positive Feedback: 97.5%

Nah, that's just because :

Members who left a positive: 3951
Members who left a negative: 102

All positive feedback received: 4623

He has much more positive feedback than negative. Maybe he's on holiday?

A member for four years but all his negs are from the last few months. Looks like either a hacked account or something happened to the seller like illness.

You would have thought people would realise after the first 50 at the most, I always check unless the person is 100%.

Wouldn't call him/she/them the worst ever, seen much worse.

Nothing really is terrible about the seller, just looks like they have had a bad month and yes, this may be because of a hacker

I bought a psp game off him, i didnt read his T&C so i got stung, he says delivery takes about 17-30 working days, he also claims to use UPS. Now it dosent make sense, so i emailed him - this i did 7times and when i did not get any reply, i contacted others who bought stuff off him and it appears to be the same story.

He also seems to leave Bad feedback for anyone who do the same to him. I clicked on a positive feedback icon but left a nasty message, surprise surprise he left a good one for me. it is a long story but i have lodge complaint with paypal and i think tommorow will be his last oppoutunity to respond. In my opinion he's the wrost ebay seller ever. I am not alone, seriously look at those feed back if you have time and you will notice a pattern of taking money and not sending goods off/out! One thing i should have checked.

Ah, i did not know you was a victem - his explains why you show much hatred (in some respects).

Lets hope you sort it, if you have a claim with PP, you will win
