"Assault of the Sasquatch" was pretty dire, but I guess it's supposed to be... "Six Days Seven Nights" is one that always springs to mind when I see threads like this.

Five years ago I'd have said Natural Born Killers as I nearly walked out of the cinema. Then I stumbled across it on TV one night and it turned out I was wrong. It's actually pretty decent and I just misunderstood it at the time.

Nowadays I'd probably vote for Pirates 3 or Transformers 2. They're both a load of rubbish with awful scripts that were probably incomplete when shooting started. Lots of money thrown at special effects doesn't make up for a rubbish script to start with.

Episode 1 and Crystal Skull were dreadful.

Crystal Skull wouldn't have been so bad if Raiders and Last Crusade weren't so awesome.

Hmm, you don't really go to see those types of films for the story though, you go just for the special effects and high budget production values.

Not sure what it is for me, epic movie was pretty poor.

The most boring and terrible film I have ever watched, the one that gave me the least entertainment value (not even in a so bad it's good way) is actually tron legacy. That was such a dire film.

I'd tag them as family entertainment. In the case of Pirates 3 they decided to start it with a cheerful mass hanging. Genius. That'll go down well on Christmas Day afternoon in a couple of years.

If I want to see a movie with high production values and decent special effects there's far better movies than either of the above. The old quote of "you can't polish a turd" would apply in these cases.
