Worst hotel room view you had

Not counting those rooms with no windows or just a skylight.

Worst for me was a rock face with orange plastic fencing netting.

On a tour in the USA, a fellow couple had a window which was overlooking inside the hotel in the vending machine and ice machine area each floor had.

My room in the holiday inn at Heathrow for my covid quarantine interment.
Window unable to be opened, and faced out onto an indoor courtyard. I didn't see sky or plants for 10 days.
If I’m in a city, I don’t mind having an inner courtyard view as it keeps the noise down. As only in the room for sleeping, washing, getting dressed and about 30 mins a day reading Kindle or playing games on phone

Forgot about the Premier Inn in Newcastle Quayside. Next to the Tyne Bridge base. Had a top floor room and most of the view from window was obscured by kittiwake poo.

Plus when outside walking under TB, you had to duck to avoid the low flying kittiwakes and try not to slip on their poo. Saw a couple of people slipping on it. Plus it stank!

A fairly upmarket Hostel/Hotel in Prague. For some reason the twin room had a bathroom/shower with a glass wall looking out onto the beds.

I did not really want or need to see my mates face as he curled one out first thing in the morning. We got some extra sheets and hung them up after that.

View out of the window was nice, though.
There are also some hotels that don’t have a room for the bathroom. Loo, shower/bath and basin are in one corner.

Hate that.
