Currently got a project 2132 Gromacs, worth 381 points.
Taking forever!
E6600 at 3.3Ghz and its at 99 ppd :|
Anyone else had one of these?

Now this really sucks :( It's my only borg, a 2 year old Dell with the cheapest celeron the did at the time. I've no idea of the clockspeed but it's dog slow!

Yep I've had a couple of those - it killed my ppd by a fairly hefty chunk :/

Back up to 1300 now so things are looking ok... Until the next handful :p
 
There was a big thread over at Stanford about the awful 2124 units. Many people were complaining as it's nonsense that these conform to the same rules as the others. If all the units are properly tested to deliver the same number of ppd these ones obviously slipped the net.

If only I could just get the 24xx Double Gromacs :rolleyes:
 
no bad... but ive had 153's for the past week or something.. i miss my 600's

but i now have my gpu dropping 330 points every 10 1/2 hours

that GPU watercooled?
what kinda temp you get it to ?
 
HIS aircooled... running at 1.5v 695/810 temps range from 62-72 depending on room temp and if i have my door open.
