worth adding physx card?

I am wondering if it is worth adding a 8800 GTS to my GTX 570 to act as a physx card. Mainly I wanted to do it for Batman Arkham City and other games that use physx - would it be noticeable?

IIRC it's not fast enough to keep up with the 570.

'keep up?' - if it's only processing physx I thought it would be a good solution
