Worth an RMA?

Took delivery of a yate loon d12sl-12 fan today, only to find that one of the spindles supporting the motor part is cracked right through . Is this worth sending it back, or will I end up having to pay the postage etc which would cost more than the fan did (or should I stop worrying and crack out the superglue?)

yate is free postage code, RMA'ed once myself.

I had to RMA though (competitor) that could be why

Find out whoever it is you RMA to, and call them- we have no idea whether you have to pay postage or not

would have thought if it they accept an rma then they would reimburse you anyways but they may try to dodge it.

Goods unfit for sale, request a replacement. Ship it back only if they'll cover postage. Imo.

Thanks for the info guys, I've just never had to RMA something before. If it turns out to be free I may as well get it replaced.
