Worth an upgrade

Hi guys

At the min I'm gaming on a system which currently has

I7 960 (overclocked @ 4ghz)
6gb ram
Gtx 480 1536mb

At this point in time is it worth any form of upgrade, I only game at 1080p and haven't encounter any badly noticeable probs so far (aside from the graphics card being loud as hell!)

For 1080p that should be plenty of power. I'd only upgrade if you want to/you have spare money/if the noise is a problem (the 480 is particularly bad for heat/noise I believe).
