Worth an Upgrade ?

Hello all, thinking of buying a new gfx card (2070) or a new monitor 27" with higher refresh rate?
budget is around £550 , maybe squeeze a little more if worth it.
any advice would be appreciated.
This is what i have now:
Cpu: Intel 8700k @5ghz
Cooler: Dark Rock pro 4
Mem:Vengeance LPX 16gb
M/B: Asrock Gaming K6
GFX: Msi 1070 Gaming X
Storage: Samsung SSD 250gb
BarraCuda 1TB Hdd
Monitors: 27" BenQ GW2765HT (2560x1440)
24" Benq GL2460 (1920x1080)

Games: Overwatch,Black OPs,WoW,Diablo3 and PoE.

60hz 1440p monitor .

Of your going for a new monitor , 144hz+ Sync 1440p would be a given

If you get a faster GPU, might last longer before you upgrade but you won't be getting the full benefits as you'll be smashing over 60 FPS on medium/high , specially with 2070 which leaves between 1080 and 1080ti

Personally would get the monitor upgrade and when you start to notice your hitting under 60fps on newly released games at medium settings. Time to update GPU
