Only AMD manufactured cards, but you can also get one of these from AIBs (i.e. they just sell you one with their logo on the box), so you need to buy their custom card, like Sapphire Pulse, Asus TUF, PowerColor Hellhound.

and also what are your thoughts on 4070ti?

..when the reviews are published :D

The 4070ti will not have a Founders Edition card so only AIB partner cards. What this means is ignore the MSRP because it will never be available at that price and will most likely be the worst value card in the stack.

I know you do not want to hear this but wait. You have waited so long and I know it is annoying but I predict there will be signifiicant price reductions. Nv and AMD have ordered a certain amount of wafers from TSMC and they tried to back out of the contract but could not. This means they are locked into buying a certain amount of silicon and they will really struggle to sell it in the current market. There has been surprisingly good supply for all of the current releases so the early adopters have all managed to get cards and only normal customers left and with the current economic situation they are not snapping these cards up. RAM prices are also dropping so the cost to produce these gpus is falling all the time.

Nv have deep pockets and are the dominant player in the market so will want to hold prices high and they have done this with the 3000 series cards. AMD on the other hand have been giving excellent value with the 6000 series cards and have shown they are willing to drop prices to sell off inventory. The 7900xtx has currently increased in price from release day but once all retailers have stock expect that to change and it should return to MSRP and if sales are poor there will likely be price drops from AMD.

If it is a reference MBA model with a vapour chamber then they most likely do. Look for an AIB card with their own custom designed cooler such as this one.

The XT pricing is laughable. ASrock and ASUS MBA are priced £100 over the price of the Sapphire and Powercolor MBA. All they have done is put the cards they got handed by AMD into their own boxes , they are identical except for packaging.
