Worth changing this case for lower temps?

Got one of these cases below. It's a modded Globalwin 802 (go old skool!)

Got 2 120mmm fans on the side as intakes and one on the top as exhaust an an 80mm exhast to rear. There are two holes on top as in pic but my PSU cables block the top rear fan.
Fans are on a controller and can be turned off, 7v'd or 12v'd.

Just done a mini upgrade on my S939 setup. Now got an Opteron 165 @2.8ghz on my DFI NF4 Ultra-D mobo and the CPU now sits at around 55-58°C under load with fans at 7v and I'd like to get this down a fair bit.

Question is, would one of the newer cases out allow better cooling considering I only really ever run my fans at 7v to keep the noise down?

That actually doesn't sound to hot for an overclocked opteron on Air, you aren't going to get C2D temps on an AMD K8 cpu.

I made a goof; I was doing the benching etc and didn't realise that the cpu was actually only running at 2.5Ghz. Thought I'd saved the 2.8ghz BIOS settings but obviously hadn't!

Did the benching again for 2.8Ghz and although 100% stable in Orthos, the temps are going over 62°C under load and only drop under 60 if the fans are all 12v'd and that's way too much noise for my liking.

Worth changing case still or maybe HSF or both?

I suppose around £120-130 all in (case and possibly new HSF.) is what I'd be prepared to pay.
In regards to water cooling, have been looking around and I think for the amount I'd want to dabble with water, something like the Swiftech H20 120 Compact Kit seems about my level.
