Worth complaning? Razor Edition

I've been shaving my head for over 5 years and have had the usual nick on the old head.

Now today I unleashed a new pack of Mach 3 razors, and with the first stroke this happend :

Now it happend on the crown of my head and theres no reason to think it was a problem with my skin as it's was shaved and lubed as per normal. A pimple being nicked I can understand, by removing around 5mm x 2mm of skin seems very weird!

So is there any point writing too Gillette, or will I just be wasting my time?

I'd complain, just because of the pure chance of getting a free pack of blades for your "troubles".

Judging by the size of skin on display, I think it's fair of me to suggest that you don't use so much pressure in future.

I'd think it would depend on whether Gillette recommend using their razors to shave your face area or your scalp.

I know this is likely to be a long shot but can we have a photo of the affected area for novelties sake? You can blur the rest so we’ll never come up to you on the street and hound you over it but yikes, if that is indeed a piece of your head i'm really quite intrigued to see the aftermath :eek:
