Worth flashing my Z68XP-UD4 to the UEFI bios?

Hi guys, my board is real slow at getting passed the bios screens, and I was wondering if upgrading to the UEFI bios would help?

Ive just been looking on the net and apparently once its flashed to the UEFI bios, there's no going back, also overclocking is disabled?

This is a vid of my boot time, you can hear a click when I power on. I have disabled all that I can to try to speed things up through the bios, but its still slow.

Overclocking is worse I found (unless theres an even newer one), you have a Sandybridge CPU so you don't need the UEFI update which was released to cure Ivybridge CPU and a lack of overclocking ability.

Im prob safer leaving it then? I guess the boot up isnt too bad

Leave it, when I did it there wasn't even any Vcore control in the UEFI.
