I've been speccing up a Lenovo Edge E520 as below:

Intel Core i5-2520M Processor (2.50GHz, 3MB L3)
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64
15.6 W HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare, Heatwave Red
AMD Mobility Radeon HD 6630 Switchable (2GB VRAM, mSATA capable)
4 GB DDR3 - 1333MHz (1 DIMM)
No Fingerprint Reader
500 GB Hard Disk Drive, 5400rpm
Multi Recorder Optical Drive (12.7mm)
6 cell 2.2Ah Li-Ion Battery
Bluetooth 3.0
Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000

The thing is it has a switchable graphics card from Intel HD 3000 to AMD 6630m, so when you need some more 3D power you can switch to the AMD. It costs £75 more to have this and I don't know if I actually need it. It's a nice thing to have I suppose and adds some future proofing. But I'm not going to game on it, well for now anyway.

I can see me playing Street Fighter 4, COD4 and Dawn of War everynow and then but is it worth the extra £75? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I'd go for it, it's the one thing you wouldn't be able to upgrade in future. You're not buying it for gaming, but it'd be nice to have the option in future.

Looks like a relatively capable card, seems a good deal for the extra £75. Especially given the rest of the laptop spec.
