Worth going Ryzen 7 5800X with spare budget?

I am finalising my build as I managed to order a 3070 ti FE this morning.

My current plan was for this:
MSI B550 tomahawk
Ryzen 5 5600x
NH-D15
16GB 3600Mhz LPX
Samsung 980 1tb Nvme
4000d Airflow
ROG Strixz gold 850W

Case, cooler and powersupply are already bought so no changes there. I have enough headroom in my budget to change up to a Ryzen 7 5800X.

Is that worth it or would the money be better somewhere else?
Rig is mainly gaming with dabbling in code, blender and streams

I would say yes those extra cores will come in handy in blender, also get 32gb of memory if budget allows.

Corsair rm will save you £30.

It's Ryzen 7 or an extra 16GB ram. Can't do both. I'm thinking the Ryzen is the right choice, could always do the ram later.

OK, Swapped to Gaming edge and SN550, found slightly Cheaper fans and got rid of a backup HDD (I can take one out an old laptop instead).

All that has meant I can get the Ryzen 7 and an extra 16gb ram. Thanks all, much appreciated.
