Worth holding out?

Hi all,

Looking to get a new monitor. Was going to get myself for Xmas but do you feel it would be worth holding out now for DP1.3 and free sync??

Probably not, there were some rumours going around about a November date for DP1.2a freesync, but as we are already a good way through November with no more rumours of any announcement coming i am guessing they were false

In any case, DP1.3 monitors will be at least 6 months away, as DP1.2a monitors havent even started appearing yet
