worth it or not?

hi

i have a 2.0ghz amd senptron and and thinging of an upgrade to a one of them nice shiny amd 64 cpu thingys but it will mean a new mobo and cpu at the same time so my first qusetion with me spending under £150 can it be done will it be worth the cash

also can some one plz tell me what cpu and mobo will work with my 2gb ddr400 ram and agp gfx card?

and a cpu fan

i think you will be hard pressed to get both for ?150

maybe a DFI nforce3 and a amd64 3000 for ?166 ish
