I know money is money and you could go on and on with PC parts BUT: you would be mad not get get the PSU i suggested for £7 more. and the graphics card, well again, the 4850 for £19 more will boost your gaming enjoyment by a lot. As well as that, it will last a lot longer. Take a few minutes to google some 4850 reviews/benchmarks and you will see it really is a good card. I only upgraded mine after almost a year becasue I got a 24" 1920x1200 monitor. Even then it would have still been quite good.
I'll vote not worth it, hang onto the money for a while while searching for some more
edit: though that does depend on current components, which you haven't listed yet.
and you can turn on computers by clicking a mouse button/using keyboard/lan/usb etc, have a look in your bios. Beats touching wires together, I start mine by clicking the mouse
As everyone else has been saying, ditch the just under £30 fans and get the £80 4850 512mb instead. Soo much better value. And then get a slight better PSU.
