Worth it?

Have a PS3 and been looking at 360 consoles recently. Mate of mine is offering me his 360 for £100 which he's got for Xmas '08 but has barely used it. It comes with:

HDMI cable
Wireless controller + headset
Red Faction Guerrilla
Skate 2
PGR4
Sega Superstars Tennis
007 Quantum of Solace
60GB HDD

Is this a good price for a second hand 360? Seems pretty good to me although I'm not too sure about 360 deals to be honest. Any input would be appreciated.

Got it. Very nice machine, excellent condition as he said; looks new! It's a Quantum of Solace pack bundle.

Hmm. Had it just over a month and I've barely used it so don't really see the point in keeping it. How much could I sell it for? I have friend that will buy it for the original £100 that I paid.
