Worth it ?

I've been playing WoW for about 3 years and I've been raiding high end content 5 days a week very frequently. My sub ran out recently and I really don't want to renew it, thats not what the thread is about though.

So, Guild Wars 2 / Rift. Both games seem to be biggest (Or, rather will be imo (GW2)) after WoW.

Rift is still fairly new and that's what Im looking for. I wanna start out on par how everybody did, e.g Vanilla WoW, and not a year-two later.

So is it worth waiting on GW2 ? or go play Rift now ? How does Rift compare to WoW anyway ?

Well from what I played of rift etc its very like wow so I would play it to tide you over till guild wars 2

Play Rift while the population is still good, it makes an awful difference for rifts and invasions. It's also familiar enough to WoW that it's easy to get into, but different enough to keep it interesting.
