Worth it?

I have 3gb RAM, 1x2gb, 1x1gb, should I replace the 1gb with a 2gb and sell the 1gb?
I have a celeron 900, is it worth is replacing it with a 45 nm Socket P Core 2 Duo?
120gb SSD???

celerons dont have eist, =speedstep. Which sucks for battery life.
I upgraded a friends toshiba c660, 925 to a t6570 for £8 and it only had 1gb of ram.
Upgraded to 3gb and flashed the bios to accept the chip, and put a new version of win7 without all the bloatware.

It runs cooler at idle and gained about 40 mins extra battery life. Its pretty quick so it comes down to what you use your laptop for
