Worth reinstalling windows?

Intel RST has died on me and won't reinstall giving a you don't meet the minimum requirements error, ~20% of other program installations just hang on 0%, system restore is unusable, my keyboard keeps cutting out, it is taking forever to recognise usb drives, will no longer remember half my passwords & settings, has gained one phantom disk & HDD drive and occasionally my DATA drive disappears for a few minutes.

Looks like it might be worth it from all the errors you're getting. Just make sure to back up stuff you need

Sounds like running a thorough virus scan would be wise before you start reinstalling windows.
