Hi,
I have an old windows xp computer the kids use to play miniclip and some of my old games on CD! Can't remember the processor etc.
Anyway on start-up now it will get to the option of safe mode start-up etc. On safe mode a screen full of windows system32drivers etc comes up for a second and then it restarts. On normal, or last known good configuration start-up a blue screen flashed for a fraction of a second with some writting, way too fast to read, then again it restarts etc etc etc.
I am really pretty bad at computer stuff myself. Is this a problem I can fix and/or is it worth to £30 odd quid it would probably cost to take it to get fixed, e.g. can it be fixed easily.
It would be nice to have the kids play the old starwars KOTOR games (still awsome games really), Deus ex etc and not to have to get a new old cheap rig etc but I don't want to waste money either.
All suggestions help welcome
