Worth Swapping over?

Have seen lots of raves about how good the new ATI series cards are, with some cool reviews and pics from people on here, and i for one have been tempted on buying 1 of them, but doing some recent benchmarking of my Zotac 285 Amp! im not so sure its wise just yet, what do you guys think?..take a look, not bad results i think:

I must admit I wouldnt if I were you, 12.5k GPU score in vantage vs 16.5K with a 5870 isnt enough of a jump in my opinion. I think real game benefits would be less than that jump also.

I moved from a 512MB 4870 and got about a 70% improvement.

Depends if you're really bothered about DX11 or Eyefinity. If not then no point really.

I would wait tbh. They are going to release the 5870 x2 soon so maby 5870 prices will drop.

Is what i was thinking tbh, think the new Unsigned 191.00 Nvidia drivers are helping a lot too

But you could get the 5870 now. Sell your 285 on mm but like i said, i would wait

Hehe, i bought the Zotac from that well known site for £140 a month or so ago, so am getting some good use from it
