I am thinking about upgrading the CPU and motherboard
I currently have an i5 2400 @ 3.1ghz and a Gigabyte H67M-UD2H-B3 H67 motherboard (combined with a 6970 gfx card)

Worth it or not ? Bare in mind the two games I play most are arma 2 and iracing which are both CPU intensive, but if I'm not going to gain noticeable frames from the upgrade then I wont bother !
Also can anyone give me a rough resale value for my current CPU/MOBO combo ?
I don't have enough posts to view and post on the classifieds forum, pm me if need be !
