Worth the money?

Hi guys. I have been offered a rig that was used in a gaming shop before it closed down. Specs that i have been told are

9700gs gfx card
2gb ddr2
250gb hdd
dual core athlon at 2.1ghz????
19" ws tft

Comes with xp installed and with case, mobo and psu for £280, just wanted to know if it would be worth getting or else just pass it up.

What would be a good price you think then, thats even if i could afford to scrape the money up in time before he sells these machines
