Worth the upgrade or wait it out?

Hey guys, looking for a little advice.
I currently have a xeon 1230 v3, or a 4770 non K if you will
GTX 1070
16gb ddr3
Z97 mobo

Would it be worth my while throwing a 4790k in there for around £200
or should I wait to see what else intel/AMD brings. Pricing isn't really an issue but I do like getting good value for money.
Would £200 bring me noticeable increases or would it be best spent on another platfrom?

I would wait, i went from a 4770K to 4790K when the 4790K first came out. No difference.

Definitely worth the wait.

Intel Kaby Lake or AMD Zen will definitely be a better spend of your money than just going 4770 -> 4790k

I would wait it out, i have a 4770k @4Ghz and it's not holding me back on games yet.

I will hopefully stick with this CPU until Intel finally releases 6 cores for mainstream, COME ON INTEL!

If you are set on upgrade get 6700K else I don't believe its worth it
