Worth the upgrade?

I have this

and I am thinking of buying this

I use my PC just for heavy gaming really. Would I notice much of a difference with these different sticks? I see they are slower in Mhz... I don't really understand RAM tbh. Thanks for any advice anybody can offer.

Just to clarify, I am looking to take out the old 4GB Corsair I already have in and replace them with the 8GB G.Skill sticks.

Why not get 8GB of 12800 RAM? This seems to be considered the "optimum" when it comes to snadybridge memory.
