As per title, is it worth upgrading to anything?

Other specs for reference:

Monitor ROG Strix Pg297Q 1140p 144hz
9700k Mild Overclock
32GB Ram (cant remember the speed)

only ever casually game on the PC now, but went to reinstall Warzone 2.0 and struggled to get it to run "nicely" so wondered if it was about time to look at a replacement?
