Worth upgrading Cpu, Mobo & Ram?

Just wondering in terms of gaming is it worth me upgrading my CPU, Ram and Motherboard?

Specs in signature.

Basically to elaborate more, I have two machines at home, the one you see in my sig, and a P4 class computer.

I was thinking of picking up the cheapest overclocked I3 bundle as an upgrade for the P4, but then I thought hang on, I can get an i7 950 overclock bundle and relegate the cpu, ram and mobo in my sig, to my second machine......

With Mrs Sandy Bridge around the corner, it probably isnt worth it, and I should just hang on etc......

The P4 machine I use for everything else other than gaming, which is what the pc in my spec is for.

What you reckon? Worth an upgrade?

No reason to unless you are going Crossfire 5870, or a graphic card that's 60-80% faster than a 5870, which then your CPU might become a limitation.
