worth upgrading from 8800gtx to 260gtx for 1650x1080?

for a system with a 1650x1080 monitor, 4gb ram and Q6600 is it worth the upgrade from 8800gtx to 260gtx?

thank you all for the replies!

right now to tell you the truth there is not one game that I play and 8800GTX cant handle. Even Crysis -which I have finished btw- does play well (with some sacrifices).
Personally I would lean more to Nvidia because:
1) less power consumption in idle
2) more stable drivers

I would really be interested in opinions about ATI drivers quality...

not in my case...I am wondering if it will fit on the motherboard (capacitors etc)
