OK so I've done a bit of research on this. I currently run 2*4GB 1600mhz DDR3 with my i5 4670k. Are there any performance benefits to be gleaned if I say upgraded to 2*8GB 2400mhz DDR3. Apart from the obvious doubling of memory (in place of my two current sticks of ram) Will the speed increase make a difference in gaming? Mixed reports say Haswell likes faster RAM but I've no personal basis of comparison and cannot decide. More RAM isn't so much the issue as 8GB is adequate, it's just the speed that interests me..
